Japanese Yam Cake ASMR 🍠 I’m still feeling a little bit under the weather and was not in the mood to get roasted for my voice being off today 🤣🙈 I was super excited to find Japanese Yam Cakes that were flavored like seaweed! These are super fun to cook and have the crunchy texture similar to agar boba. I paired them with salted butter seasoned with garlic, nori, and shitake mushrooms that I cooked down. The yam balls have to be washed, boiled, then fried in your sauce of choice. Y’all already
