~Egg Tart~ *Recipe makes 12-14 tarts* *Egg mixture* 210g milk 50g sugar 3 egg 180g whipping cream 15g condensed milk ➡️ mix everything up and sieve *Tart pastry* 100g butter 50g icing sugar 2 eggs 300g low protein flour Method ➡️ add icing sugar to softened butter, mix well ➡️ add eggs little by little and mix well ➡️ add low protein flour, fold to become dough ➡️ divide dough into small dough (according to the paper cup size, my paper cup uses 45-50g each) ➡️ round the dough and press into pape
