South Carolina gubernatorial candidate Mullins McLeod was arrested in Charleston back in May after officers saw him walking along the Battery screaming. He was wearing only his underwear and shoes at the time of his arrest and began rambling incoherently, according to an incident report. The South Carolina Democratic Party has responded by calling for McLeod to drop out of the race even though he is the only Democratic candidate for governor at this time.
