BenQ Monitors for All Spaces and Uses

My BenQ 27” monitor (GW2780) has been flickering on & off constantly when I start up my computer. The other one works just fine(both 1.5yo). I’ve swapped the cables & that isn’t the issue. The refresh rate & graphics card isnt the issue either since I’ve played around with that as well. Please help

just got the halo screenbar but the light keep getting weird and the controller doesn't respond

My brand new 144hz Zowie Benq XL2411P monitor is brightness flickering is this possible to fix? I tried everything on my side like updating and restarting drivers, even changed the ports I use DPI but it's still the same. The only way to stop this flickering is a change to 60hz.
