Jed Moore, the head rodeo coach at Colorado Northwestern Community College in Rangely and a retired PRCA bull rider, was recently challenged to ride Summit Pro Rodeo's Cross the Line during the rodeo team's eighth annual fundraiser - called Rangely Rock N' Bulls. If Moore rode the 2014 PRCA Bull of the Year, a $500 donation was going to be added to the team's scholarship fund.
