A state of emergency has been declared for Scott County following severe storms on Friday that brought a confirmed tornado and significant flooding.

Half of the country's 50 provinces have received weather warnings from the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) this week.

Severe flooding and an EF2 tornado on Davenport's west end caused significant damage throughout the community.
