California Attorney General Rob Bonta details the timeline for settlement of the antitrust lawsuit against Paramount regarding the Warner Bros merger deal.

Rallying outside Paramount's studio lot on Tuesday, members of the Block the Merger coalition denounced its settlement with California Attorney General Rob Bonta that has allowed the studio to complete its acquisition of Warner Bros.

The California AG spoke on a panel at The Atlantic Festival Thursday, where he addressed the current status of the Paramount antitrust suit.

The deal announced this week resolved the last remaining major obstacle standing in the way of the merger. But it didn’t put an end to the drama in the entertainment industry.
