Amazon cargo pilot repeatedly warned aircraft was 'too fast' before deadly Miami crash, NTSB says
The National Transportation Safety Board says one pilot warned the other was "too fast" for nearly two minutes before the Amazon cargo plane crash.
Five people were killed after a cargo jet overran a Miami runway, struck vehicles and caught fire.
The Boeing 767-300 that overran the runway at Miami International Airport on Sunday struck a 2012 Ford van carrying seven people, NTSB Chair Jennifer Homendy said Monday.
