San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters on Monday that Mike Evans' injured hip will "have to be managed this week" after the veteran wideout left Sunday's 35-13 win over the Miami Dolphins with the issue and didn't return.

Mike Evans added to the Niners’ woes on that front when he left Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., in the fourth quarter with an apparent hip injury.

Evans made his 49ers debut Week 1 against the Rams in Melbourne, Australia, turning a 75 percent snap share into six catches (on seven targets) for 49 yards and one touchdown.
