Apple ( AAPL) has launched Siri AI, an entirely new version of its digital assistant, which features more natural conversation and greater cross-app functionality.

Like its other Apple Intelligence features, Apple said the conversations are end-to-end encrypted with Siri AI's Recap and Live Rewind. Devices do not collect or store actual audio recordings, the company said in its presentation, and Siri will not identify specific speakers.
