Amazon says it’s parting ways with 21 Air after one of the cargo carrier’s airplanes overran a runway at Miami International Airport on Sept. 6 and crash, killing five people and injuring five others.

The company operated Flight 7598, which overran the runway at Miami last week.

Amazon’s cargo carrier contracts out its flights and is a key part of its worldwide shipping operation. The plane that crashed in Miami on Sunday was operated by 21 Air.

Investigators will examine operators and flight crews involved in the accident, as well as safety measures at Miami International Airport.

Roosevelt Sebastian Perdomo Torres said he was flung from the van after it was hit by the Boeing 767 plane.
