ESPN updated its official Football Power Index (FPI) rankings following the Week 13 slate. The sites FPI rankings are based on a predictive system that calculates efficiency on all three levels of the field, offense, defense and special teams, as well as strength of schedule, win margin and several other factors.
Ohio State, Indiana, Texas A&M, Georgia and Texas Tech remained the top five teams in the College Football Playoff rankings, while Oregon jumped ahead of Ole Miss for No. 6 after its win over USC.
