The Brainerd Family YMCA will offer a CPR class for the community and the workplace and a basic first aid class, both through the American Health and Safety Institute. The CPR class will meet 6-9 p.m.

Spoon River College will offer CPR and first aid classes this fall. According to a community announcement, the courses include Youth CPR Overview and Basic First Aid on Sept. 16 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
