A suddenly called hearing tomorrow in incarcerated Sean “DIddy” Combs’ sex trafficking case could prove a vital inflection point for next year’s trial and a U.S. Attorney’s office about to get a new boss.

Amid fresh allegations that Sean “Diddy” Combs is managing a PR campaign from behind bars intended to intimidate witnesses and influence jurors, lawyers for the embattled hip-hop mogul on Monday demanded a hearing into how federal authorities obtained his paperwork from Brooklyn MDC.

Federal prosecutors accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of breaking jail rules in an attempt to manipulate witness testimony and taint the potential jury pool in his case, according to a court document filed Friday.

Combs had family carry out a social media campaign on his birthday "with the intention of influencing the potential jury in this criminal proceeding," prosecutors claim.
