Miami reunites with Nike after 11 year stint with Adidas
Miami football is making a brand change after being with Adidas since 2015, and they’ll now be returning to Nike as both sides have agreed to a 10-year contract worth more than $200 million, according to Daniel Hager of On3.
The Hurricanes have been revitalized by head coach Mario Cristobal and the onset of the NIL era. Miami competed for a national championship last year and came closer than most to defeating the powerhouse that was Curt Cignetti’s Indiana Hoosiers. The Canes fell all the same, 27-21.
