Los Angeles Dodgers' pitcher Alex Vesia, who sat out the team's World Series run against the Toronto Blue Jays, reported that his infant daughter died.

Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Alex Vesia and his wife, Kayla, announced their daughter, Sterling, died on Oct. 26.

"It’s just something that we talked about," pitcher Clayton Kershaw told reporters in a post-game interview.
