PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Ed Sheeran is set to resume his tour Saturday — possibly solo — after all his supporting acts withdrew in solidarity with opener Macklemore, who was dropped after making pro-Palestinian comments onstage.

On September 19, 2026, Ed Sheeran performed at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, his first Loop Tour date after Macklemore was removed and the remaining opening acts withdrew.

Macklemore had been scheduled to open Saturday’s show in Philadelphia. Instead, protesters repeated some of the same remarks the rapper said led to his removal from the tour.
